The Spanish or red pepper is actually a collective name for the elongated chilies. Some people may find it reluctant because the red pepper will take away the taste of the dish because it is too hot. Meanwhile, some find it tasty and essential for every meal. Moreover, red pepper is very healthy.
Origin of red pepper

The present vitamins A and C and bioflavonoids in red pepper keep the arteries elastic. Cholesterol residue on blood vessel walls can also be prevented, and so does arteriosclerosis. Furthermore, the red pepper is good for the heart because it contains TAG (Triacylglycerol) which plays a significant role in metabolism.
If you want to lose weight, regularly eat red pepper. By the thermogenic effect of hot, you sweat, and you're going to consume more energy and therefore burn fat. It contributes to keeping body weight stable. However, eating too much red pepper is not good for your health.

Disadvantages red pepper
