How to wake up early in the morning ?

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” - Benjamin Franklin
I have been a morning person since high school. It’s one of my favorite things in the world. The morning is quiet and peaceful, the perfect time for meditation, writing, exercise and some quiet reading. Because I want to make my morning productive, because I want to workout, either a short morning yoga at home or go out for a walk, or simply because the sunrise is too beautiful to be ignored. Now, let’s make your morning productive and happy.
Sleeping Earlier
If you usually go to bed at midnight and expect to wake up at 6am it’ll be horrible and destroy your day. So make sure you go to bed at a reasonable time if you want to wake up early. Most people need about 7.5-8 hours of sleep, though it depends on different people. I tend to sleep for 7 hours per day. If you can’t get enough sleep at night, let’s take a short nap at noon.
Pick your goal wake-up time and never snooze
Choosing the wake-up time is also important because you don’t want to be shocked by changing immediately from 9am up to 6.  If you're normally sleeping till 9, going straight for 6:30 just isn't going to happen. It can happen once, but you might need coffee all day long. For the next day, set it for 8:45. The next day? 8:30. Until you hit the goal. You’d better do it gradually, to avoid shocking your system.
What to do to start a new day
After you wake up, the next you have to do is to stay up. Try not to stick to your phone, check mails, social media, blogs. Stop them, they’re not healthy to do in the morning and you’re wasting this beautiful moment to do the same boring things as you always do. Let’s do something more meaningful and helpful to your healthy day. Drink a glass of water, do some exercise or meditation, write or do something creative, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.. They are good ways to start your new day and make the morning more productive.
